注：以上报错一般是XP系统出现。

# 知识原理

**配网造价、广东配网清单、国网应用2012** 等软件依赖于操作系统.net环境，若操作系统缺少该环境，软件启动时.net环境初始化错误，无法启动软件。

# 操作方法

步骤1.获取.net框架安装包，安装后，重新安装软件。

（找到软件安装目录下的“NetFx20SP2_x86.exe”（该.NET框架安装程序适用于XP操作系统），若软件安装目录下找不到，请联系博微客服。

步骤2.若步骤1安装.net框架失败，可以尝试到控制面板中卸载.net框架后，重新安装。
